Who We Are
One club, two teams, one community
Chegutu Community Football Club is a professional community football organisation based in Chegutu, Mashonaland West, Zimbabwe.
We exist to transform lives through football. Everything the club does — on the training ground, in the classroom, in the medical room and out in the community — is built around one belief: that a young person given professional standards, genuine care and a clear pathway will go further than anyone expected.
The club operates two competitive senior teams alongside a full academy programme:
- Chegutu Community Queens FC — competing in the Zimbabwe Women’s Premier Soccer League.
- Chegutu Community Boys FC — competing in the Mashonaland West Division Two League.
- The Academy — seven age groups from Under 8 to Under 20, for boys and girls.

Our Ambition
An African football development club
Our long-term vision is to become one of Africa’s leading football development clubs by combining elite coaching, quality education, safeguarding, sports science and community engagement.
That means building something that lasts longer than any single squad: a facility, a curriculum, a safeguarding culture, a medical and sports science provision, and a commercial base strong enough to fund it all sustainably.
