Fourteen departments, one standard
Every member of staff and every volunteer at this club completes safe-recruitment checks and safeguarding training before working with players.
Staff names are being finalised for publication. Roles, departments and reporting lines below are current. Individual names, qualifications and biographies are added as each member of staff completes their consent and safeguarding paperwork.

Identity checks, references and vetting before any contact with players.
Safeguarding Training
Mandatory child protection training, refreshed annually without exception.
Coaching Qualifications
Recognised coaching badges and continuous professional development.
First Aid Certified
Current emergency first aid certification for all pitchside staff.
