The Women’s First Team competes at the highest level of women’s football in Zimbabwe and provides talented female players with opportunities to reach national teams, universities and professional clubs worldwide.

Seven age groups, one curriculum
Boys and girls from Under 8 through to Under 20, all following the same technical, tactical, physical and personal development programme.
Under 8 & Under 10
Fundamentals, first touch and a love of the game. Small-sided, high-touch sessions.
Under 12 & Under 14
Core technical skills, positional understanding and the start of formal physical development.
Under 16 & Under 18
Tactical education, video analysis, strength and conditioning, and academic support.
Under 20
The bridge to senior football, with first-team training exposure and trial opportunities.
