Accessibility
Everyone should be able to follow this club — online and at the ground.
Inclusion is one of our ten core values. That applies to this website as much as it applies to the pitch.
What we have built in
- A skip link to jump straight to the main content
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus outline on every control
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure
- Descriptive alternative text on photographs, and decorative images hidden from screen readers
- Text and background colours chosen to meet contrast guidelines
- Text that reflows and stays readable when zoomed to 200 per cent
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use on a phone
- Animations that stop automatically if your device is set to reduce motion
- Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and helpful hints
- Photo galleries and carousels operable by keyboard and by swipe
Reducing motion
This site animates as you scroll. If you find that uncomfortable, enable Reduce Motion in your device accessibility settings — this website detects it automatically and switches the animations off.
At the ground
- Step-free access at Pfupajena Grounds
- Reserved viewing space for wheelchair users
- Free entry for a personal assistant accompanying a disabled supporter
- Qualified first aid cover at every fixture
Tell us what you need in advance using the ticket reservation form and we will make arrangements before you arrive.
Disability inclusion in football
Our community programme runs adapted sessions and inclusive festivals so that disabled young people can play, not just watch. Read about our community work.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this website or any part of a matchday is difficult for you to use, we want to know. Email info@chegutucommunityfc.com or call +263 784 658 667. We will fix what we can and explain honestly what we cannot fix yet.
