Elite Coaching & Player Development
A written curriculum, qualified coaches at every age group and individual development plans for every player.

Accountability is one of our ten core values. This page is how we honour it.
Chegutu Community Football Club is governed by a board that carries legal and financial responsibility for the organisation. The board sets strategy, approves the annual budget, appoints senior staff and holds every department to account against published objectives.
Day-to-day operations are delegated to department leads, each with a written remit. Safeguarding sits outside the football reporting line by design: the Designated Safeguarding Officer reports directly to the board, so a concern about any member of staff can be raised without conflict of interest.
