- Ground: Pfupajena Grounds, Chegutu, Mashonaland West
- Gates open: 90 minutes before kick-off
- Kick-off: normally 15:00 on Saturdays — always check the fixture list
- Accessibility: step-free access and reserved space for wheelchair users
- First aid: qualified cover at every fixture
- Food & drink: refreshments available at the ground
- Family area: a designated space for families with young children
